I am highly experienced  in  web application  with Wordpress, Joomla, Magento, Core Php  mysql, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets),Jquery, HTML 5, DHTML , SQL (T-SQL) 2008R2, Adobe Photoshop cs3 , convert PSDs to HTML  and very much capable to fulfill your asked requirements. As per your requirement, I am ready to assist you and looking for your feedback.

I like the uniqueness not copying somebody that you have asked for. Better if we come to communicate using some communication tools like skype of gtalk to be more proactive over the work.

I have developed a series of websites, and web applications through other means of work for me and on the basis of that I am willing to take this project.

As far as cost and time is concern, that we can decide during our live conversation and detailed discussion. Because if I make any time commitment by going through the reference sites that will not be feasible because you have clearly mentioned that you don't want copy but your own unique design.
